Abstract:
Details are given and proposed for a sequence of experiments used in translational
therapeutic investigations:
(1) The Dose-ranging experiment; followed by (2) The trial for efficacy and
(3) The trial for drug combinations
and testing for synergistic effects. Serious questions will be raised concerning
a very popular method, the
"Combination Index" by Chou and Talalay.
A social tea will be held at 3:00 P.M. in A434 Mayo. All are Welcome.
