1) download <A HREF="bign.tar">software package</A>. This software
   runs two chains in sequence.

2) Unpack <A HREF="bign.tar">software package</A> to the destination folder using
    tar xvf bign.tar

    
   "data.dat","location.dat","centroid.dat", and "nb.dat" are data files;
   "infile" is a file containng program parameters and the prior parameters;
   "init0.dat" and "init1.dat" are files of initial parameter values
   for 2 chains.

3) run file "makefull" to compile source file, and you will get
   executable file "bign"

4) Run "bign infile > bign.out" to compute results. It may take hours
   or even days.

5) Run "webpost.r" in R to get two images
