This file has one row for each combination of a parent, batch, gel date, and oxidizer run. The left-most four columns identify the parent, batch, gel date, and oxidizer run. The right-most six columns give measured numbers of copies for each of the six molecules gp7, gp8, ..., gp12. As noted in the book, not all molecules were measured on all runs. Looking at this dataset again after many years, it appears that the last measurement for gp7 is defective -- it's a 3 but more likely should have been 30-something. However, based on the files I can recover from when I actually analyzed these data, it seems clear that I used this measurement as it is. I don't recall if I asked my collaborators whether something was wrong with this measurement; certainly I would do so now.
