This file has one row for each assessment, i.e., for each combination of a study number 
(i.e., subject), image form (strobe vs. HSV), and rater (3 raters).  The left-most three 
columns identify study number, image form, and rater.  The right-most five columns are the 
assessments, measurements on continuous scales that are explained in Kendall (2009).
