The file "Soft_liner_dataset" has 4 columns.  The left most three columns are the factors 
in the ANOVA.  From left to right these are material, polishing, and finishing, called M, 
P, and F respectively in the book.  The right-most column is the outcome measure, width of 
the gap between the denture liner and the denture base, measured in microns.
