The following are mostly 1993 data for the 50 states in
the United States: census region (1=NE, 2=midwest, 
3=south,4=west), total infant mortality; infant mort for 
blacks and whites separately; percent of low-birthweight 
births, percent of births to teenage mothers, percent of
population below the federal poverty level, per capita 
spending on health, and percent of the population with no 
health insurance.
