The mission of the working group on Statistical Genetics and Genomics is to provide a forum for discussion of Biostatistical topics that arise in the study of Genetics and Genomics (where these applied areas are quite broadly defined and includes the field of Bioinformatics). We have a regular informal seminar series during which speakers (primarily students and faculty in the Division of Biostatistics) will discuss current research topics in a supportive atmosphere.
