- extract.m This is the primary function to extract image data. The function requires output from SignalViewer and the two TIFF files generated from a cDNA microarray experiment.
- spottest.m This function calculates the MSPE discussed in Bergemann and Zhao (2008)
- spotse.m This function calculates the sigma.spot variance estimate
